I rated this 2 stars because the first morning we stood at starbucks for at least 8 minutes, no one came to tell us if there will be a delay. The front desk looked at us making eye contact and didn't say anything. So after there was about 8 people in line for some Starbucks, one of the front desk host comes and tells us it may be better if we leave. So everyone leaves. That night after doing business my room key didn't work, I went down to get my room key scanned again telling them my room number. Run up stairs, still doesn't take the room key, I go back downstairs to the front telling them it doesn't work. I tell her my room number again and she told me I told her my room number I told her was different according to her. It finally works after the second try. The next morning, Starbucks had no one there again, we didn't even bother if we saw no one there. After that day of finishing doing business in the area, my key card didn't work again. I come back to scan my key card and it works. Other than that, the restaurant has good food, drinks feel over-priced, and service is really REALLY slow. The beds were comfy. I wish there were better communication between the Starbuck, restaurant, and front desk because if it's not their position. You'll just stare each other in the eye. Not really professional in my opinion.
I only give this place one star because the front desk personnel were courteous and professional. When we got to our room after a long day of travel there were no washcloths there and just 2 towels and 2 hand towels for 4 occupants. We called guest services to have someone bring us washcloths and additional towels after 1 hour and no one coming we called back and waited another 30 mins before they arrived, with an attitude and 2 washcloths. With this level of service we thought it best not to order room service or go to the restaurant so this review is purely based on the room and the lack of amenities.
Here. The room seem pretty nice it came with a refrigerator. The bathroom looks clean. The front desk was very helpful. The restaurant has a bar. So far so good.
Very modern and clean. Full service restaurant and bar in lobby as well as a Starbucks. Staff very friendly. King size room was a great size and the bathroom was very large. A plus is the nice grocery store in the same parking lot. Close to everything in Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow.
The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room clean and the comfortable bed with the soft pillows that we very pleased to stayed there for 6 days last month. I really appreciate for returning my purse with complete everything of my personal stuff inside of it , when I forgot it on the table outside front of the hotel. Thank you for honestly of the staffs, thank you for smiling when seeing customer coming..! That made me who is living in LA California love Tarrytown New York!!
